Espiral - Paragliding school, escola de parapente

Thanks again to the whole Espiral and Ricardo in particular to make this experience possible!I'm a pilot used to flying in the Alps, so coastal flying is still relatively new to me. Ricardo allowed me to both rent equipment with his school and gave me very helpful instructions. The wind was very strong that day. Nevertheless, due to the helpful guidance via the radio, I felt safe the whole time and could get approx 40 minutes of flying in (I just added a picture, where you can get an idea of this... The orange glider has me hanging below it and Ricardo standing on takeoff sending instructions).Unfortunately the wind picked up even more, which would have made it quite sketchy. There again I was grateful for the serious assessment of the conditions, in order so stay safe. Even though it meant we had to call it a day early.Still I landed with a huge smile and was really happy about the chance of flying in this beautiful country Portugal.Icing on the cake was that my wife was able to fly tandem as well (see the pictures)... But that is for another review :)
