I was stuck with no battery, and had a cycle I couldn't use. I phoned and was told 5-10 minuteS, and had explained I had a cycle. Waited 30 mins then phoned again. Again explained I was stuck and had a cycle, again told 10 mins. After 30 mins an estate rotaxi arrived. I approached and he said he couldn't take the cycle. I asked if he could contact them, and explained my phone was dead. Was ignorant and just said he wouldn't help
