Me and my family have invested heavily in one of the projects of this development company, Lagos Beach Hotel and Spa. Today, three years from the day of signing the contract, the works on the site haven’t even started and the company hasn’t paid a single euro of the promised interest. Now our lawyers are drafting a lawsuit against them. This company is a scam. Do not recommend.
