This not where you would expect a tourist trap. I considered Hertz as a company that respects certain values. They charged me a ridiculous price for an extra child seat. I knew that the official rates from the hertz website are way lower.He told me he would give me an upgrade for 200 instead of the child seat which is in the end cheaper but that also was a lie because he ‘forgot’ to tell me that one is with tax and the other one without.He lied to me several times. I knew this but I had no other option I could not go without a child seat.Using obvious lies and taking advantage of a family with little children is outrages. We paid 100 € for nothing. I’m angry and deeply disappointed. Me advice to anyone avoid Hertz at any costs.Update: Hertz is sending automated answers to any bad comment asking you to contact their customers support. Only that the Hertz Customer support seems to be a dead mailbox. No answers. I’m not surprised.Do not get involved with this company.
