Hotel Luar

The rooms are pretty average and the bathroom could use some renovating. During our last night, we kept hearing a whistling noise from the wind. The windows were closed so I assume it's due to the design of the balconies themselves when the wind blows a certain way.The breakfast was a huge letdown. Terrible selection and underwhelming food quality. We only ate there once.The pool is ok but the staff at the bar can be great or terrible. I had to wait for 5min right in front of 3 employees that were chatting while lazily replacing a beer keg before they even acknowledged my presence. However, later that night a really nice bartender served us some nice cocktails at a very reasonable price.I definitely wont be returning but if you just want a place to sleep next to Praia da Rocha, it can be ok if you find a good price.
