Assistance over the phone has not always been professional, and often rude and short. Making an order online is a waste of time: you receive an email confirmation which is useless because you still need to confirm by phone. My experience over the past two years is they DO NOT deliver same day (even if you send an email or online request before opening hours, or call when they open at 9am). Delivery people have always been very kind, but the back and front office work like they're doing you a favor. Best to find an alternative.
