Delivery of my mail to my post box stopped before Christmas, no warning / contact and no alternative offered. I am now trying to find all the mail that should have been delivered. Appalling service! When will Portuguese Jobsworths understand that customer service requires communication. I have no doubt when I get to the bottom of the problem there'll be no apology nor acceptance of responsibility.
