Worst services I've ever met. It was a good start, we have visited this branch 5 weeks ago to open a minimal service account. The manager was very nice and provided all the answers and promised that the account will be opened in a week after the initial visit and in 1 more week we will receive our plastic cards to use. Unfortunately after 2 weeks we hadn't received anything, so visited bank once again to talk with the manager and clarify what's going on, and we visited the branch at 14:30 , but the manager was on lunch (the branch was working until 15:00, cmon!) , another manager told us that our request is in the progress without checking anything. 1 more week we were waiting, and we called them by mobile, they stopped answering us since the second call. So after 4 weeks of no feedback we visited them once again - no updates, they told us just to wait. So today (5 weeks since the day when we requested account opening) I've called them once again, 1.5 hours ago, and the manager took my name and promised to call me back in a few minutes when he clarified. As you could imagine - no feedback, more than - they started to ignore my calls again. What a pleasure to think about a huge time wasted for this....So my next visit will be to only close the account (if it would be opened).I would rather open an account in any other bank.No respect for the clients and that's awful. I wish them to meet only the same level of services during their lives.
