The pandemic had delayed my residency interview in Portugal. Then a family emergency caused me to have to leave several weeks earlier than I had originally planned. Samilly Matos was recommended and we talked. Once I got my return ticket, I contacted her again to represent me. Within one week I had my interview and residency permit. She can do everything by email, phone and messaging. She went to the appointment with me and had all the paperwork. I just had to show up with my passport.
