Efficient pick up from airport.Clean tidy car.Cheap rental via broker site (£55 for a week)Very thorough damage check before giving the car out, finding marks that I struggled to even see.On return charged €190 for a 3mm chip on driver door edge that I know for 200% sure I did not touch door against anything else during the rental period. I'd seen how much they check the cars so I was taking extra care.My guess is charging for damage is part of the income stream.I guess if the price is right and you have full insurance cover with no excess then its worth a go.I did look at reviews but the provider was not the same name as on the rental voucher provided, if I'd seen the score I'd probably not have bothered going ahead.I have refund excess insurance so would hope to get money back later.
