O Josué
My recent experience at O Josue has left me absolutely blown away.Let me start with the star of the show - the sea bass with potatoes and sweet potatoes. It was a work of art on a plate, with perfectly cooked fish that was moist and flaky, and the potatoes and sweet potatoes added a lovely sweetness to the dish. But what really took this dish to the next level was the recommendation from the magnificent host, Rui, to try and suck out the eyes and cheeks of the fish. It was a revelation, and the flavor explosion in my mouth was nothing short of amazing.The desserts were equally impressive, we had the chocolate and strawberry mousse.What really sets O Josue apart, however, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Rui and the rest of the staff. They made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door, and their passion for their food and their customers is evident in everything they do.In conclusion, if you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than O Josue. With its delicious food, impeccable service, and welcoming atmosphere, this place is truly a gem. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
