Europcar
Rented a car here in August 2022. Experience was quite good.However, today, in November 2023, I received a letter from a collection company for 11€ of unpaid toll + 150€ of administration fees. And that despite the that I took the option for the toll pass. As per collection company the toll pass was not having any subscription active.Europcar is unable to help while they are responsible for the situation. Unacceptable service
