Very bad experience.1. We booked 5 rooms and stayed for 3 nights in total, from May 18th to May 21st, and 3 rooms were required to be twin rooms. On the day of check-in, we were told by reception that there were no twin rooms for 3 nights in a row, nor any other rooms available.We want to know the hotel's twin room allocation rules, why are we not allocated a single twin room for 3 nights?
