PT KEys is a company that rents apartments to tourists. Many of them are in family buildings, where locals live. These apartments are not prepared for people who come to have fun at night. There is no isolation, neighbors are kept awake even by talking and walking during night time. If you want to stay in a place like that be prepared be completely silent between 23:00 - 8:00. Otherwise you will not be welcome.
