WOLFS YOGA

I’ve been comtemplating this review for a while because I feel there are not enough nice words to describe my week at Wolfs Yoga Retreat. I’ve had an amazing week and while I didn’t know what to expect, I got so much more out of it than I ever imagined.What stood out to me is how welcome, safe and seen I felt.Lot and Amwo are the kindest hosts, great yoga teachers and the best cooks. Each one of these 3 components seperate would have me coming back for sure, but the combination of all of it made me never want to leave there in the first place.I still daydream about the food (it’s so good that I can’t even tell a favorite, I would have to name the complete week menu), yoga at the beach and Amwo playing guitar. It’s not even a question, I’m definitely going back next year.
