When we were searching for apartments in Lisbon one of the main conditions was for apartment to have air conditioner. Once we arrived to our accommodation, host told us that they have a small issue and that air conditioners are not working in the apartment and that our apartment is the only one without functional air conditioners. He said he doesn't know anything else, that they are waiting for technicians and that we should ask person from the Booking when the technicians will arrive. Firstly, we have sent message to that person via whatsapp and didn't get answer. Lately, we sent message via Booking and the person apologized and told us that they don't know when the technicians will come. We also asked how is this going to be compensated to us since we paid for air conditioners and we did not get one and whether they can move us to any other of their apartments with functional air conditioner. We received answer that there is no other apartments available and that they contacted owner of the apartment and that he/she will buy us a fan and deliver it to us. First of all, fan certainly cannot replace the air conditioner and secondly, delivered fan was full of dust (see pictures). That was the main issue we had with this apartment. It was advertised as apartment with air conditioner while all 3 of air conditioners in the apartment were not in function and we were not informed about that prior to our arrival and no solution was offered until we asked about it. It is very strange that all 3 air conditioners were not working at the same time and during our stay (5 days) technicians did not appear.In the absence of air conditioners we had to have our windows widely open almost whole day and apartment was full of flies. Ants also appeared in our apartment...To sum up - we had very disappointing experience!
