Antiga Casa Pessoa was a beautiful way to start my new life in Portugal. Pedro and Maru’s loving attention to the historical preservation of the building really sets the bar high. They are amazing hosts and always there to answer any questions and ensure that your stay is memorable. So much history is all around you and the central location provides access to many attractions and conveniences. The charm of the building is unparalleled by any other, with all the modern updates one needs. Frescos adorn every apartment and all are unique. Natural light beams throughout the beautiful staircase. The light and airy atmosphere immediately puts one at ease.There is a delightful coffee shop on the ground floor, with tables perfect for working outside on a sunny day.
