Praia da Armona (Mar)
We went at the start of October and it was still about 28c.Little walk from ferry port but nice walk in itself. Couple of small shops to stop on the way to beach if you need water or a cheeky beer.Beach was nice and clean and quiet. I went a swim in the Ocean and it felt safe enough. Loads of beach space to make it feel your own. Toilets nearby too which is handy. Make sure take a towel and umbrella as no shelter near beach.
