This year I was able to spend a few months in and out of wonderful Lisboa and lucky enough to eat at Jesus e Goes five times. First off the food is absolutely amazing if you like full flavored and spicy dishes. I ate here a couple of times before Jesus’ sad and unexpected passing and several times after.Maria and the team bravely fought through the sadness and still made me feel at home with their warm hospitality. I would like to thank them for all of the wonderful meals and conversations! As for the food both the meat and shrimp samosas were delicious. The holy burger is beyond description and maybe the single most interesting and intense bite of food I’ve ever had! I am extremely well traveled so this is quite a bold statement. For mains I tried six of them however the prawn massala was the winner.I cannot say enough great things about Jesus e Goes and look forward to my next visit to Lisboa just to eat there!
