I fell for a campaign organized by your clinics offering a free initial medical check, and if the clinic is satisfactory, I could proceed with further treatments if needed. It's my mistake. A good dentist doesn't need advertising; however, it's challenging to secure an appointment.1. When a small filling was supposed to be placed in my tooth, the doctor ended up breaking off a small piece of my tooth. He pushed it in on one side and damaged it on the other. Nobody said anything, but I was given another appointment - with a different dentist. Did you think I wouldn't notice what was happening?2. The lady who plays an important role in mediating between doctors and patients (and receptionists), unfortunately, doesn't do it well. It seemed to me that she relies on her own imagination for the plan and prices.She neither can nor wants to explain to the patient, in Portuguese or English, what treatment will be performed, for what reason, who will perform it, and within what timeframe.3. You were unwilling to provide me with my panoramic X-ray. Ten years ago, another clinic handed it to me without my request (on a USB drive, on a CD, whichever I preferred).I believe you should just treat local patients and not try to rip off foreigners because you lack a team of knowledgeable professionals supporting the doctors, the latest technology, multilingual customer service, and you have no idea about data protection.If there is any issue caused by your clinic that needs fixing, I will have it checked and addressed by another clinic. I hope you understand my decision.I would like to express my gratitude to the two female doctors for the teeth cleaning. They did their best despite the chaos in your clinic.
