I would give zero if I could. Just popped in with my wife and was greeted by a really friendly fella who said that a beard trim and grade 0 trim would cost €20 awesome. He then proceeds to ask a colleague to do the task who agreed to after eating while initial fella pops out. Fine by us as needed to withdraw cash. It turns out while I have gone to withdraw cash the colleague had decided to argue with my wife on price starting it off with 'so you think its expensive?' with an attitude, as neither of us saw prices written down and my wife had asked if prices were standard or designed for tourists as I had spoken in English and is in a touristic area to the first gentleman. He then proceeded to argue with my wife making us feel very unwelcome/uncomfortable saying he would never serve someone that asked that on principal. He then continued on his tirade saying that my wife was 'questioning the value of the work or to barter the price', making assumptions on my wife and her character. He then piped up with a prejudiced comment the he 'could direct us to the city centre for the cheapest price from Indian or Brazilian barber'. This was rediculous as I had already popped out to cash machine as we had accepted the price from the first gentleman without any question. He then proceeded to call a colleague as refused to serve us any longer just because of the question that was not even asked of him. As we felt unwelcome we left. Absolutely shocking and appalling behaviour from staff member. Had I known I wouldnt have bothered stepping in, better service elsewhere. Never have I ever felt the need to write about a bad service, let alone one I never received due to the poor treatment of staff member.
