Although it's a small theater the acoustics are simply one of the best to experience a concert for either calmer songs or more aggressive songs. I was truly impressed. The seats aren't the best but are confortable enough for it to not be an issue. If you have the opportunity to watch a concert or a theater play on this venue definitely give it a shot.Hint: don't go for the seats nearer to the stage since they are considerably lower than the stage. The start of the 2nd seats block is the sweet spot for the best experience.As for quality of life aspects there's plenty of space to park your car near it and the restrooms are well maintained.
