My Story Hotel Ouro

The hotel has a very good location. Unfortunately we were given a room on the 1st floor with absolutely no view, not even the day light ! After i asked the Receptionist to change it, she proposed to me another room with no view on the 5th floor but at least with the day light ( photos attached). I think that the guests should be informed at the moment of the booking that they are chosing a room with no view with a constant nice of the heating/air conditioning. Paying 150 € per night at least we can expect a view ...anyview !!!! And not a constant noice when we open a window !
