Cachopas - Yoga Nature Lodge

Amazing environment to have a non conventional stay perfectly integrated with the nature. Cool and quiet in summer. I arrived by bike from Aljezur. It was my first experience with yoga and was very pleasant with Tanja. The sessions took place in a kind of corbel terrasse in front of a dense forest, a fantastic landscape. Chris prepared plentiful breakfasts with a lot of fruits, eggs, humus, etc., that we ate just after the yoga morning session. Good talks with hosts and guests. Some of them were combining working and resting. Throughout the day I took my bike to go to Odeceixe beach for surfing. Comfortable accomodation in a sustainable pretty wooden house. Great experience for me.
