Grupo Angel Pilot

There was some problems at the start with my deal. A few things which were not mentioned and I was made feel pretty awful on my first visit to the shop. I won’t name the person as since then all dealings with that person have been very nice and cordial and perhaps it was a simple case of the language barrier and/or miscommunication. A big special mention to Joana, who I dealt with a lot through the process of trading in my own jet ski and purchasing my new one. She was amazing from start to finish and was very clear, extremely communicative and super friendly throughout. I also had a small issue with the new jet ski after delivery and I have to also mention that Joao was very quick to try and help me during that situation. Pedro in the service department was then excellent, hugely professional, kept me up to date all the time as they were resolving the problem. Everything seems to be working fine now and I’m grateful to have the support of a professional company in Angelpilot.
