We were on Holidays in Sesimbra when we decided to go and book ourselves with this place to get tattoos. Marta wasn't available on the day but her husband booked us in a few days at 3pm to get tattoos. He didn't take our phone no on the day but said we are booked in. We came on the day for our tattoos to be told that it won't be possible as his wife went to her dental appointment and they removed her teeth and now she has half of a face paralyzed and can't do it. I understand for force majore happens but not to call or let us know so we wouldn't have wasted our day like this, I think it is disgraceful. Her husband told us he didn't have our phone no, I don't understand why didn't he take it on the day of us making an appointment? As well as why Marta agreed to do tattoos knowing that she had a dental appointment? Dentist doesn't just pull your teeth out, they ask you if you want it now or at some other day. I wouldn't advise to use this service if you are on holidays and have a very limited time. Found it very unprofessional.The Lies asking as to pay a deposit or leave the phone number, nobody asked us, the Bruno had no english and we used the translator plus it was very rushed as he had a customer who was awaiting for the haircut.Instead of apologising this guy keeps surprising us with more lies and accusations, how does that make any sense that I wouldn't want to leave my contact number if I want a tattoo of course I would of, he never ever asked. If this is how you do your business by lieing about your customers instead of apologising for your company's ignorance. I wish you best of luck in the future.
