Goodnight Hostel

I asked reception if I could see the room before paying. They said no. So I paid for 1 night and went into the room.The cleanliness and smell of the hostel was so bad, I immediately went back to reception and asked for a refund so I could leave and go to another hostel.The amount for 1 night is around 20 euros and I had also paid Hostelworld a deposit. The reception couldn't" give me a refund and said I needed to email the admin.I left the hostel
