Absolute highlight of our trip. From our first message Johnny was passionate about giving us a trip we will never forget. His knowledge of the area is second to none and he took us to places we didn’t even know existed…beautiful and unspoiled areas that a tourist would just never find. We do a tour on every holiday we go on - hands down, no competition, Johnnys tours is the best we’ve done. And what a lovely guy! Fantastic with the kids too. He made our tour personal to us. We told him what we liked to do as a family on holiday and he delivered an amazing package. He is different to the rest - he isn’t delivering speeches he has given a million times before… he isn’t just driving you around in a jeep pointing at popular attractions … he is talking to you like a new friend who wants you to fall in love with his country and leave it open mouthed…he is taking photographs for you.. he is showing you the Algarve that only a local has seen and he makes you fall in love with the place even more than you thought you ever would. We have never seen such beauty.We sat here tonight - on our last night in the Algarve and agreed that we will come back next year and book 2 or 3 days with Johnny and see as much as we can. Because we know we only just scratched the surface of this beautiful place.We cannot recommend Johnny enough and we wouldn’t even try anyone else when we come back.
