I’ve been presenting anxiety episodes the past few years of my life, and It when it comes I feel very lucky and grateful I have Paula as my right hand. She had been leading me through grounding meditations, dancing therapies that releases my stress, breathing techniques that fulfill my body with the best oxygen and energy and many more techniques we both discover through the process. Every relationship between coach-patient is a unique experience for both, and I have found in Paula that she truly understands the essence of who am I and what I need… which I think is the most important thing for a successful therapy.
