I would like to say a special thank you to Mr Ze Manuel for his help yesterday. He went above and beyond in assisting me with my queries and gave me a tutorial on how to navigate the bmar portal. He couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Also the other staff who I met in passing were extremely friendly and welcoming and everyone in the team made it a stress-free and pleasurable experience and I look forward to seeing them all again soon.
