You don't know my name but my partner has been trying to get Jaime to come to our house in Reboleira to measure up for 2 windows. We've asked/arranged twice recently. Jaime hasn't turned up either of the two or three times - Last month and this week. No word from him. Nothing. I'm so extremely disappointed and upset that I can't sleep. Shameful lack of communication from Jaime. Apparently you were not far away in Alfragide this week and you couldn't be bothered to come to Reboleira to measure for two windows. Why? Why don't you have the decency to explain why you can't come? Why don't you explain why you can't come? If you're not interested please give us a reason. Extremely disappointed. We have no option but to go to another company. Disgusting and disgraceful lack of decency and good manners. Complete disdain for us as potential clients. Shameful, absolutely shameful. The worst thing is that the husband of one of my partner's friends helped us as an intermediary with Jaime. How do we explain that to him? It's embarrassing. We're both extremely upset and disappointed. If you want to know who my partner is, speak to your office. Atleast we didn't pay you for the 'adjudications.Thank you for your reply but you 'didn't give it any more importance ' because we didn't identify ourselves immediately. You didn't bother to reply the next day. Why not? Aren't you interested in our job? Your answer is evidence of a total lack of communication with potential clients. You don't seem to want to make any extra effort to secure adequate communication with us. You seem more interested in putting the blame on us when we tried a number of times to get you to come over to our house - presumably only once would been necessary. You didn't show any interest in trying to find out who we were or even to leave another message for us or leave a voice message. But no. Our phone shows only 3 times not 6.Your response to this review, it's not a criticism as such, but feedback. Simply an attempt to explain our side of things. You believe you are right. We have a different perspective and you have made absolutely no attempt to clear up this situation. It's been a waste of time for both sides, you and us. We had to stay at home waiting for you. If you were working for someone else maybe it's understandable but a self-employed individual suggests you have enough work and don't need more. Your attitude is inflexible and unhelpful to us. Sad as I really wanted you to do our windows. Not to be. At least we know that you are, as far as we are concerned, not the right person. There is more we could say but it really isn't worth it. We, at least, have learnt our lesson. Thank the person who replied to this review for their courtesy in replying.
