Very, very unfriendly staff!!!We arrived only 3 minutes after the counter closed and wanted to buy a 7-day Algarve ticket for 7 people. The lady was still behind the counter and turned us away several times in a very unfriendly way and did not answer our questions at all but just ran away from us. We only wanted to ask where we could buy our ticket, as there was no online option. We also wanted to ask at the Rede Express counter, but were also turned away in an unfriendly manner and ended up without a ticket. We also heard from other passengers about the absolutely disrespectful, incomprehensible behaviour of the staff and bus drivers. The passengers were not taken with a bus ticket due to a missing receipt and were now standing in front of closed counters.Absolutely not recommended to interact with the staff. Rather buy your tickets online or from the ticket machine.If there were 0 stars, these would be too!
