Relationship between dentist and patient mostly relay on trust and professionalism. Staff of GSD Alcatantara gained so much my trust from the beginning! Very polite and kind receptionist who straight away gave me an option to visit doctor in this clinic also offered appointment in others locations if this suits me more! Outstanding service as she checked hours which I gave and she call me back and we scheduled appointment which meeting my availability and suits me more. So success on first line already. Later was only better! Everything on time, no delays, no waiting time, quick and straight answers. Everyone communicate English on perfect level so for me as not Portuguese is very important. Even I noticed many times staff next to me was communicating in English maybe to not make me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciate it!My problem was a broken tooth after root canal treatment I got 6 years ago. The way staff treated me was unbelievably nice and professional! They tried for so many times to save this tooth! Offered many ways to solve problem! I’m really impressed and that’s makes me I recommend this clinic and specifically Dr. Hugo to all my friends and new patients who are looking for trustable dental clinic.Well done!
