My husband gave me a gift that I did not like.We went To the Amoreiras Lisbon store To find something else.Every thing I liked was cheaper than the gift, so I did a return and was To buy some ear rings.The problem was, The lady that was “helping” us. She was extremely rude, unpolite and careless.All the time annoyed To be there, and at one point she told me:Go somewhere else and buy another thing.I was at this point alone, and told her that I whant a piece as it was a gift.She roled her eyes and kept silent.As I approch the cashier, the card macchine wasnt working and then again she told me. Your card is going To block the macchine.And that was it for me, I left the store. My husband was livid, but I didnt want To return.Now I just dont know what To do with every piece of Tous I own, even my wallet is Tous!I will never return To use them again. I told my husband To never shop Tous gifts again, and I will never step a foot inside a Tous shop again.
