We booked this restaurant for special tasting menu for 21:30 and prevented the manager that probably we may come earlier by 21:15, but asked the reservation for 21:30. I got confirmation for that. In addition we asked if we can bring 2 friends who are not hungry and will stay with us just for drinks. We were refused to bring friends, which was not a big problem for us, as we wanted to have tasting menu. At 21:30 the manager started to call us asking “where are you? This is the last time to seat the table.” We were arriving with taxi and I told that we will be in few minutes. At 21:39 we were at the door of the restaurant, but the guy called us again and told “It is too late, go to another restaurant”. I tried to tell him about tolerance period of 15 minutes which exists in any normal restaurant, but he said that they are closed. As result we are at 21:40 Friday evening on the street, already cancelled meeting with friends because of this restaurant and trying to call other places to go to eat. Very disappointed, this is not how good service should be done.
