Green Motion Portugal, Car Rental at Lisbon Airport

Do not rent a car from this company; I apologize for not knowing that they are deceptive and simply steal money from their customers without any way to prevent it.I returned the car and signed a document with their representative confirming everything was fine, and there was no damage to the vehicle. About an hour later, after leaving the branch, they sent me an email stating that the car was dirty (there was a light rain that morning, but I made sure to wash the car before returning it) and noted there was damage to the roof of the car. They attached photos (there's no way to tell if the photos are of the car I rented). In this email, they didn't mention the cost of the damage or any follow-up action. A few days later, I was shocked to find a charge on my credit card (it's important to note that the representative said the deposit from my credit card was canceled - probably to avoid suspicion), a charge of 1200 euros. Since then, they haven't been responding to my calls or emails. The contract includes a clause stating that they can re-examine the car if it was dirty, and this seems to be the clause that gives them the motivation to behave this way. In short, do not rent a car from this company; you're at risk of being scammed by them.
