At first, they were very responsive on Whatsapp when we were organizing my kitesurf course. Friendly, everything went smoothly.However, now back home, 2 points are disappointing for me :- On their website, the price for 7 hours was € 220 and they made me pay € 240, saying that it wasn't updated.- Initially, I told them that I only had 2 days available to ride and when they suggest me to take the 7 hours course, I thought that they took my availabilities in consideration. However, we did 3 hours each day, so a total of 6 hours. I asked to be refunded the 1 hour left but I only got a message saying that they would bring this matter to their manager and give me a response as soon as possible... I'm still waiting for an answer 11 days later.Dealing with clients everyday through my job, I don't find it very professional. It's not about the price, but the attitude.However, I met very nice people, the vibe was good and the teacher Martin was friendly and gave good advice.
