Amazing experience to say the least! I just came in to look around and I didn't expect to be treated in any special way because I was not a buyer, but the wonderful staff members showed me around and let me try on some exceptional and extremely expensive watches without hesitation. They even let us into the lounge area, showed us around and we talked about watches for a while! Very unexpected and it was truly a treat to have such customer service from one of my favourite watch makers!
