We stayed at the hotel from August 8 to August 16 of 2023, in room C101 (room 101 in building C). We arrived at 3 pm. Upon checking into the room, they discovered that the external unit of the air conditioner (located on the balcony) was leaking, creating a puddle of water on the balcony. This problem before the official check-in time - 5 pm - was resolved, but it is surprising that this could not be done in advance. The rest of the hotel is satisfied. Good quality food. A bit far from the beach, but tolerable - the boats at the crossing through the canal went regularly, we didn't have to wait long. Nice pool (if we talk about a large pool, we didn't have a small one). The indoor pool is also good. The evening shows were quite interesting at times. You need to bring mosquito repellant with you. And one more thing - the territory of the hotel is not clearly marked on the site, in fact it is a combination of both hotel buildings and buildings of other hotels on the same territory
