Claus Porto
I came across Claus Porto last month and fell in love with the products. However the service on offer online is horrendous. There is an offer to subscribe and receive a 20% discount on your order. I have subscribed and it has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my discount code. I have written twice to Claus Porto but no response. This level of service for a luxury brand is unacceptable. I will now be writing to the General Manager in Portugal to understand how this scam of asking people to subscribe and not sending them the promised discount codes work. Hope the general manager responds atleast!
