Federação Portuguesa de Rugby (FPR)

The federation itself is a complete embarrassment to the values of rugby. Corrupt to the core and with the everybody aiming to progress their own individual cause. I have been involved in coaching rugby here for 2 years and met some great people. None from the federation I might add. The whole organisation need to be sacked and replaced with people who actually understand the values of the game.
