Customer experience and quick pass service was excellent. The welcoming staff were friendly. The return staff less so but it was fairly early in the morning!The car was pretty banged up considering it was a rental. It was parked quite tightly with the boot up against a wall. I moved the car forward so we could load our luggage and opened it from the inside so did not notice the dent by the boot handle before driving off.The boot gave the appearance of being shut but would then unlock whilst driving. We had to pull over several times to shut the boot properly. As we are not familiar with this car it took a few times to figure out what the issue was and how to rectify it - slamming it shut with extreme force. This was both distracting and dangerous when driving in an unfamiliar country with my family in the car. I do not believe this car should have been rented to us. There were plenty of cars on the lot and we should have received one that was of a better standard.
