This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! The absolute worst restaurant and customer service I have received. Went here one night this week whilst on a holiday with a group of friends and 4/5 of us ordered the Caesar salad. The salad was warm, the chicken was frozen chicken nuggets out of a packet and the Caesar sauce was thick and tasted like sick to be honest. When we explain to the waiting staff at how unsatisfied we were in our meals they explained they didn’t understand and just reexplained what the food was we ordered. One of the waiting staff took one of our dishes to the kitchen and even agreed himself the sauce didn’t taste very nice. After about 45 minutes of going back and forth with the staff about how we would like a partial refund on our bill as it was food we didn’t even eat they threatened the police on us!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service and clearly were just trying to scare a bunch of girls. Obviously the police was an empty threat and he ended up getting the manager involved who eventually apologised for the rudeness of his staff and gave us a discount towards our meal. This place should be closed!!!
