Portugal Magik Tours

Gonzalo helped us (4 couples) set up our entire 9-day trip to Portugal. He was wonderfully responsive during the planning stages with immediate feedback and help. We toured Lisbon and its surroundings, the Algarve region as well as Porto, and areas north. I can't say enough about Portugal, the beauty of its lands, its history, and its wonderful people. We were able to see this amazing country as the locals see it and appreciate it. We were met at the airport by our guide DIOGO and our driver Rui in a very comfortable, new Mercedes Van. For the next 9 days, DIOGO ANDRADE inspired us to learn, love, and enjoy so much. He truly loves his country, and its history and is passionate about sharing that information and answering all of our questions. The itinerary we scheduled became fluid as he got to know us, our wishes, and his suggestions of minor changes were all appreciated and perfect. We learned to trust his instincts, as he navigated our experiences and our abilities (a group of 8 65+-year-old adults with some minor disabilities) It was a magical trip visiting magical places! He steered us to the BEST restaurants, helped us order, and enjoy each unique experience. He recommended the BEST experiences (Fado and dinner at A Baiuca) a small restaurant - farther down from the touristy ones" and our experience could not have been better!
