Nelson and his team are the best funeral directors that I have ever experienced, either here in Portugal or in the UK.They attended my late mother's house within 1 hour of her passing late on a sunday afternoon, and sorted everything out for us immediately.They organised the funeral, the death certificates, (UK and Portuguese), the order of service, the tribute book, the condolence cards, the flowers etc. They thought of EVERYTHING and did so discreetly, professionally and respectfully.Nelson personally delivered my mother's ashes back to us, the same day, together with the Certificate so we can transport them to the UK at a later date, and the beautiful flowers.Nothing was too much trouble and although it was always going to be a difficult day as we said our final farewell to our much loved mother, we could relax knowing that Nelson had everything covered.Thank you Nelson ❤️
