Sheraton Cascais Resort

The location is beautiful, close to the sea and just within walking distance with great bike paths. The facility is very well maintained, offers space for rest and relaxation and the size and equipment of the rooms is great. The wifi was really bad. The kitchen is suitable for smaller dishes, as there is a lack of equipment here. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms was not as reliable. The shuttle service to Cascais as well as the transfer to the airport were reliable and very friendly. The staff at breakfast was outstanding in service whereas the rest of the staff did not score as well.There were difficulties in getting the broken safe repaired, booking bicycles and finally we were issued the wrong bill at checkout. All in all rather a 4 star hotel.
