Racism warning, worst supermarket ever. I moved to Portugal a few months ago and have been studying Portuguese since. But I could not speak very well and I heard the cashier saying ‘what is this foreigner doing in Portugal’ in Portuguese and complained about me while rolling her eyes on me and she behaved like she could not understand either my English or my Portuguese. Another time before when it was my turn to pay, the cashier just kept talking with the lady who was before me and completely ignored me for a few minutes. Not one of the supermarket I was in before was like this. It’s poor management and very rude treatment. I’ll not come here again.Feeling sad cuz I did love this country and most ppl were very friendly and I did worked hard trying to study the language which is very difficult. I don’t know why such racism is allowed.
