Ich weiß nicht, bei wie vielen Physiotherapeuten ich schon gewesen bin. Aber Lilian Dienel ist mit großem Abstand die allerbeste! Sie hat die einzigartige Fähigkeit, genau die Probleme zu finden und zu lösen, die einen quälen. Und, was ich auch besonders an ihr schätze, sie legt auch Wert auf eine gesunde Ernährung und Lebensweise und hat dazu jede Menge guter Tips und Rezepte.
