Puma

I had a huge regard for this brand. I had Puma sneakers that lasted me 10 years without breaking. Bought sneakers for the first time online at the Puma store and everything went very wrong. The sneakers tore and the 1st solution was to refund a percentage of the amount paid for them. Accept it because I really like the sneakers and there were none left in stock. Afterwards, they reduced the percentage because they saw that I had saved a few pairs of sneakers in the online store. I found this very cheesy. Afterwards, the percentage was no longer in money but a discount on the next purchase, a lower percentage than the first one offered, and the offer that was active on the first purchase, the 25%. With all this, I asked for a full refund and they already have my data. But they ask for a piece of paper that came with the order, and I can't find that paper anymore. I asked for this document, and they did not send it to me. So I asked for an assistant to speak in Portuguese, and so far nothing! But there are customers in Portugal! You should have people speaking Portuguese in your customer support. With all this, I have a pair of sneakers that lasted less than 6 months intact, I have no indications or help to return it, and the funniest thing is, even after sending the photos of the frayed sneakers, what will you want to do with those broken sneakers ? Do you ask all customers to go to the post office to return faulty sneakers, further harming the environment with CO2 emissions? Ridiculous! Currently, I don't see PUMA with good eyes! It was my brand of choice!
