A Disappointing Return Visit: Decline in Service QualityI used to be a regular at Padaria Portuguesa but my recent experience has left me sorely disappointed. The new staff seems to lack basic attention to detail that makes all the difference in customer service. On previous visits, they would cut my croissants in half, but this time they failed to do so, showcasing a decline in service quality.To make matters worse, my go-to breakfast order was messed up. Instead of the cold milk that I prefer, I was served warm milk, which is a complete miss for me. I specifically asked for a croissant with butter and ham, but ended up with cheese, ham, and butter. It's frustrating when it seems like the staff just isn't listening.Overall, the experience was an unorganized mess that left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. If you're considering a visit, be prepared for potential disappointments, especially with the new staff. I, for one, am reconsidering my patronage.
